Having a car 20 years old things go wrong. I've sat in the waiting area listening to people rave about them, how they drive miles to go to this location. I know why, I have had my car there a few times. Never did I ever feel pressured nor did anyone try to get me to get something else done, that was 'needed'. A couple times I thought something was going to be cost more and it turned out to be something small costing about $25 also I've had them replace my ac system but I didn't mind paying the price because I knew it was honest. When it was finally time to get another vehicle I trusted them to give the car a once over since I was buying a used car. I call up and say my name and Chase always remembers me. I tried other places before I found them and I wish I knew them at the time. They don't talk down to you like you know nothing and they know everything. They talk to you plainly and respectfully. So stop listening to a friend that knows a guy, and go to see Chase. Drive the distance and you will leave knowing your car is fixed without being taken advantage of. We have been going to this place for several years when we first started going Chase would do great work. Unfortunately, the last couple of time we have taken our vehicles to him we have had to take them back because he hasn’t been fixing the issues at hand. We have been loyal customers paying the prices no matter what but for him to now charge us over 5k just to not fix the problem is unacceptable my car is still making the noise I took it in for 3 times already and he still hasn’t fixed it after saying he did.

I love the service at Precision. My AC wasn’t cooling, so it took a while for them to run through the necessary steps to make a thorough diagnosis. Chase was really good at keeping me informed on the process along the way. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost once it was completed.

I've gone to Precision Tune for many years. I can always count on Chase, Todd and the whole team to do a great job. Their prices are more than reasonable and they're honest folks who really care about their customers. I rarely give reviews, but these guys are the real deal exception. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

ALWAYS, fast, friendly and honest. Nothing but great experiences with this crew! Updated: I’ve been using this shop for years now and never had a negative experience. Chase has always been honest and helpful. I recently bought a 2000 4Runner and took it straight to Chase for any work that needed done. Happy to say that Chase only found a few regular maintenance things to do. Once again his crew has always done me right and I recommend them to everyone I know. Please keep up the great work and the honest assessments with fair pricing. Cheers!
